JH Adriatic
Since we had so many varieties from the Adriatic fig family, and our JH Adriatic was in a poor location, we had it slated for the chopping block. HOWEVER, it became LOADED with figs in 2025, and I couldn’t bring my self to get rid of it.

JH Adriatic is named after Joe Hood, who found this Adriatic variety in Austin, TX. It was the first Adriatic variety in our orchard and has been a fantastic producer of both breba and main crop figs.
