Col de Dame Gris VS
We have culled CdD Grise VS as we can tell no difference between it and LSU Scott’s Black.

Though Scott’s Black has the best flavor of all of the LSU varieties we have trialed, it is late and hates the rain, so we have culled it.
The Olympian fig variety has a wonderful peach🍑 flavor. Now all I need is cream.
Yellow Long Neck is a very productive fig variety, and not bad for a honey fig. However, it doesn’t like the rain and I prefer more intense flavors, so we culled it.
Though Black Mission is a very good commercial variety, it is a somewhat boring fig for the home orchard. So, we have culled it.
