Our Fig Varieties

This is a list of the fig varieties we are currently growing:

  • Borda Barraquer MP

I received my cutting from a “reliable source”, but some feedback indicates that this may not be true to type, and may be the De s’Avenc variety,

  • Campaniere (Thierry)

I’m still unsure that this variety is true to type. Sometimes the figs look like others’ pix, sometimes not. But I’m hanging onto it for now.

  • Izbat an Naj

A unique honey fig, with dried pineapple🍍 & light banana🍌 flavor when fully ripe.

  • JH Adriatic

Since we had so many varieties from the Adriatic fig family, and our JH Adriatic was in a poor location, we had it slated for the chopping block. HOWEVER, it became LOADED with figs in 2025, and I couldn’t bring my self to get rid of it.

  • Joualle Noire

I had one in a pot that did quite well, but the one in ground may get too much shade.

  • Moscatel Preto

We love unique fig varieties, and this fig is unlike any other fig we have tried.

  • Negra d’Agde

We love intense figs, and NdA is by far the sharpest berry fig we have tried.

  • Nexoe

Our favorite fig variety of the English Brown Turkey fig family, with flavors ranging from peach🍑 to mango🥭!

  • Olga (Lorusso)

The Olga fig variety is an excellent blend of very sweet grape🍇, strawberry🍓, and banana🍌.

  • Olympian

The Olympian fig variety has a wonderful peach🍑 flavor. Now all I need is cream.

  • Rosario

    Fantastic butterscotch flavor!

  • Smith

We may consider this our #1 fig variety, except for one small weakness…

  • Valoze

Our most productive and reliable fig variety.
